These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant", "Client", or "User") and LogicTrail Core ("we", "us", or "our"), headquartered at Yoon Nari, 33-7 Wangsaeng-ro 86beon-gil, Nam-gu, Ulsan, 44713, Republic of Korea. By accessing our website at logictrailcore.click, enrolling in our technical analysis masterclasses, or attending indicator calibration clinics, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Educational Nature of Services
LogicTrail Core provides educational instruction, technical charting analysis training, and mathematical indicator calibration workshops. All course materials, spreadsheet models, lectures, and diagnostic reviews are designed solely to teach participants how technical indicators function mathematically. LogicTrail Core does not provide individualized investment recommendations, portfolio management, or trade execution services.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary instructional curricula, annotated chart casebooks, video recordings, spreadsheet calculators, and written technical guides provided during our courses remain the exclusive intellectual property of LogicTrail Core. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal educational use only. Unauthorized reproduction, public broadcasting, sub-licensing, or commercial resale of course artifacts is strictly prohibited.
4. Enrollment, Tuition & Scheduling
Enrollment in cohort masterclasses and private clinics is confirmed only upon receipt of registration verification and agreed tuition settlement. Cohort capacities are strictly enforced to preserve pedagogical quality. LogicTrail Core reserves the right to adjust lecture schedules or assign substitute qualified instructors when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable prior notice given to participants.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, LogicTrail Core, its instructors, and officers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the application or interpretation of technical indicators, mathematical models, or charting methodologies taught in our seminars. Market trading inherently involves financial risk, and participants bear sole responsibility for their independent market decisions.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any legal action or proceeding related to our services shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Ulsan, Republic of Korea.
