Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview and Commitment

At LogicTrail Core, we are committed to delivering the highest caliber of technical analysis instruction and personalized indicator calibration. Because our masterclass cohorts and private diagnostic clinics have strictly capped enrollment capacities, the following terms govern refunds, cancellations, and appointment rescheduling.

2. Multi-Week Masterclass Refund Terms (ATR & Bollinger Masterclass)

Notice Given 14 Days or More Prior to Cohort Start: 100% full refund of all tuition paid, less any non-refundable banking transaction fees.
Notice Given 7 to 13 Days Prior to Cohort Start: 75% refund of tuition paid, or 100% credit transfer to the immediately following cohort cycle.
Notice Given Less than 7 Days Prior to Cohort Start: 50% refund of tuition paid, or 100% credit transfer to a future scheduled cohort.
After Cohort Commencement (Week 1 Onward): Once live instructional sessions have commenced and proprietary course materials, spreadsheets, and casebooks have been distributed, tuition becomes non-refundable. If extraordinary circumstances (such as documented medical emergencies) arise, participants may request an emergency deferral to a later cohort cycle at no additional charge.

3. Private Indicator Calibration & Chart Audit Clinics

Rescheduling (Free of Charge): You may reschedule your 120-minute private clinic appointment without penalty by providing written notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellation with 48+ Hours Notice: 100% refund of clinic fees.
Cancellation with Less than 48 Hours Notice: 50% refund, or the option to reschedule with a ₩50,000 administrative re-booking fee.
No-Shows: If a participant fails to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice, the session is forfeited and non-refundable.

4. Weekend Intensives & Institutional Seminars

Registrations for 1-day weekend intensives may be cancelled for a full 100% refund up to 10 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations within 10 days receive a 50% refund or full ticket transfer to an upcoming weekend date. Institutional desk training contracts are governed by the specific cancellation schedule stipulated in the executed corporate service agreement.

5. Refund Request Process & Processing Time

To request a refund or reschedule a session:

Send an email to info@logictrailcore.click with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Program Name]".
Include your registration confirmation reference and the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
Our administrative desk in Ulsan will review and acknowledge your request within two (2) business days.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within five to seven (5–7) business days following confirmation.
